There have been complaints of immoral and obscene activities taking place in internet cafes. Noman Saigal directed the owners to remove cabinet and door system from their establishments and install small box or cabins of no more than 3-feet height. He also directed removal of all kind of tinted and blind glasses from the cabins.
He warned the cafe owners of Karachi and interior Sindh of strict action if they didn't mend their ways.
Nauman Saigol said that the cafe owners should set up separate compartments for women where the male entry should be restricted. He also directed the café owners to maintain the personal details of the internet users.
