An anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Bannu on Tuesday extended judicial remand of the MNAs from Waziristan Mohsin Dawar and Ali Waziristan for 14 more days. The court of Bannu sent Pashtun Tahafuz Movement (PTM) activists Ali Wazir and Mohsin Dawar to central jail of Peshawar. The premise of court was completely sealed off during appearance of the MNAs.

According to the details, the members of the National Assembly were presented before the court in Bannu. Tough security arrangements were made on this occasion.

The court sent detained MNAs to Peshawar jail for 14 days and directed the police present the accused on July 9 again. They were arrested after Kharqamar check post incident.
