Training programs are arranged to create awareness and provide learning opportunities to the employees. The employees participating in healthy activities are encouraged that reflect elements of ordinary daily life, which included managing and releasing stress, as well as the importance of being aware of one's surroundings as a good personal safety measure. In addition, there were health and safety talks in informal meetings that covered important topics in a fun and interesting way.
