Qarshi Industries (Pvt.) Ltd., Was established in 1988 and has become one of the largest natural products company in Pakistan. It has proved itself as a modern and progressive company, manufacturing & marketing leading brands like Jam-e-Shirin, Johar Joshanda and Springley (Natural Mineral Water) apart from more than 350 natural medicinal products under the Visionary Leadership of Iqbal Ahmad Qarshi.

It is dedicated to bringing the goodness of nature to the consumer in the form of quality natural medicines, health supplements, refreshing syrups, carbonated soft drinks, natural mineral water and food & farm products.

Qarshi is a research-based group of companies and has well established Research & Development (R & D) Laboratories at Lahore. Product quality is assured by Qarshi Research International (QRI) Labs, a modern and well-equipped laboratory at Hattar which is ISO 17025 & 17043 Accredited and Certified by EPA KPK.

QIL is recognized as a quality-conscious and environment-friendly company and has consolidated its image during various phases of its development with modern technical and scientific facilities, commitment to international quality standards and focusing on preservation of Natural Resources.

QIL is well aware of its environmental obligations as well. Manufacturing Facility of QIL at Hattar is surrounded by lush green gardens and is often called as a "Factory in a Graden". Qarshi has systems in place to protect and preserve the environment and energy resources. Qarshi through its Welfare activities is engaged in neighbored beautification projects which includes maintenance of a big Jam e Shirin Park at Lahore.

Safety is a non-negotiable priority and an integral part of our culture, we are committed to prevent work-related accidents, injuries and illnesses of our employees, contractors and others involved along the supply chain. Training programs are arranged to create awareness and provide learning opportunities to the employees. The employees participating in healthy activities are encouraged that reflect elements of ordinary daily life, which included managing and releasing stress, as well as the importance of being aware of one's surroundings as a good personal safety measure. In addition, there were health and safety talks in informal meetings that covered important topics in a fun and interesting way.
