Despite computerization of 73 mauzas by the Punjab Board of Revenue under its land record management information system in tehsil Rojhan district Rajanpur, patwaris are using old manual system vis-a-vis issuance of "fard" and mutation of land.

Out of 73 mauzas, which were computerized under the land record management information system, only 67 villages are online in tehsil Rojhan. In six mauzas including Barra, Sonmiati, Pati Shahwali, Miranpur and Chakmit No III, this system could not be started. However, the patwaris in the entire tehsil are issuing "fard" manually. Sources claimed that high ups of the Board of Revenue are not taking action of the situation which is causing numerous problems to the residents of tehsil Rojhan.

Residents of these six villages have appealed to the Board of Revenue to take notice of the situation, order inquiry against the patwaris working manually instead of issuance of computerized "fard." As per notification of the Board of Revenue, all fards and transfer record is to be submitted to the Land Record Centre by the patwari concerned within seven days but this is not happening.
