The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has extended the date for filing of revised returns under section 214E of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001 up to February 28, 2019. According to circular number 1 of 2019 issued by the FBR here on Friday, in exercise of powers conferred under section 214A of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001, the FBR has extended the date of filing of revised returns specified in clause (iii) of section 214E to February 28, 2019.
