Chairperson Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) Dr Raheel Ahmad Siddiqui has been transferred to the post of Secretary to the Chief Minister Punjab. During his tenure as Chairperson PRA, PRA collected Rs 110 billion in FY 2017-18 against Rs 43.6 billion back in 2014-15 and only 10,000 taxpayers were registered with the Authority. The tax base of has reached to 50,000 taxpayers today because of his relentless efforts.

Dr Raheel enhanced he physical outreach of PRA to five divisions of Punjab and it has operational offices in Lahore, Gujranwal, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi and Multan while it has also its presence in the districts of Sargodha, Sahiwal and Murree. He also engaged taxpayers through RIMS Amanat Scheme, Senior & Junior Internship Programme.
