Two soldiers of Pakistan Army were martyred as Indian Border Security Forces (BSF) resorted to unprovoked firing across the Line of Control (LoC) on Wednesday. Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said that the latest incident of unprovoked firing occurred in the Bhimber sector of the LoC. The martyred soldiers included Sipahi Munir Chauhan and Sipahi Amir Hussain. The Pakistan Army responded and caused heavy damage to Indian posts in retaliatory action.

"Befitting response" was given to the latest episode of Indian aggression, ISPR said. Earlier this month, the Army destroyed an Indian post after it targeted a minor in Jajot village.
