Chief Justice of Lahore High Court on Monday sought reply from federal government by January 17 in a petition of challenging Usman Yousaf Ullah and Hafiz Yousaf as members of security exchange commission of Pakistan (SECP). A citizen Munir Ahmad said that Usman Yousaf Ullah and Hafiz Yusuf did not qualify to become SECP members. He asserted that under the law only neutral person could only be appointed SECP which was not so in the case of Usman and Yousaf.
