The police foiled a major terror bid, arrested five terrorists with explosives, ammunition and other material here on Thursday. According to reports, the police on a tip-off conducted operation near Subhan Morr in tehsil Shabqadar of Charsadda district. During operation, five terrorists were apprehended besides recovery of 40kg explosives, seven mortar shells, five remote control receivers, 10 hand grenades, 13 detonators and an improvised explosive device (IED).
