Chicago Board of Trade corn futures settled down on Thursday on a falling wheat market and the Midwest weather outlook, traders said. CBOT July corn futures closed down 8-1/4 cents at $3.66-1/2 per bushel. Forecasts for warmer and drier weather across much of the Midwest weighed on prices as planting pace in those areas expected to ramp up. Widespread commodity selling from the crude oil and gold markets pressured wheat, soybeans and corn, analysts said.
