Jamiat Ulama-e-Islam Fazal (JUI-F) has reiterated its stance regarding a separate province for the tribesmen and said that soon the tribal belt will be a fifth unit of the country. Addressing a JUI-F gathering at tehsil Landi Kotal in connection with the centenary celebration, the party ameer from Fata, Mufti Shakoor said that instead of merging with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, a separate entity would be more beneficial for the people of tribal belt and JUI-F would stand with the tribesmen to get their rights.

Flanked by JUI-F General Secretary Fata Mufti Ijaz, Secretary Information KP Qari Jihad Shah, Mufti Shakoor maintained that organising successful hundred years general moot with millions of participation proved that JUI-F is a visible power that could not be denied. "The JUI-F under the dynamic leadership of Maulana Fazl Rahman will foil every single attempt of the secular parties and Jews agents to eliminate blasphemy law," Mufti remarked. Mufti Ijaz, Maulana Ghufranullah Khyberi also spoke to the gathering. On this occasion dozens of local tribesmen announced to join JUI-F.
