The futures spread increased by 11bps to negative 4.46 percent on April 28, 2017. Trading activities on the futures counter increased significantly as average daily trading volumes surged by 88.8 percent to 107.89 million shares on the last day of outgoing week.

The average daily trading value also increased by 41.0 percent to Rs 6.866 billion on the last day of the week.
