Anti-Corruption Establishment Punjab has arrested Qazi Amjad, Naib Tehsildar Kot Addu, Muzaffargarh, involved in illegal mutation of 1872 kanal of state land worth Rs 150 million out of which 1504 kanal has been retrieved while directions have been issued to Assistant Commissioner Kot Addu for the retrieval of rest 368 kanal.

According to details, Director General Anti-Corruption Establishment Punjab directed Regional Director Anti-Corruption Dera Ghazi Khan to hold inquiry of illegal mutation of state land worth millions of rupees at Kot Addu. It was revealed during investigation that Naib Tehsildar Qazi Amjad is involved in transferring as many as 1872 kanal of state land worth Rs 150 million to different people through 19 illegal mutations.
