At least, 15 alleged militants killed and dozen injured during security forces air strikes carried out by the jet fighters here on Tuesday in different areas of Tirah Valley. The sources said that the jet fighters pounded sanctuaries of suspected militants in Sattar Kalley, Kharaiba and Rajgal, the remote area of Koki Khel, Tirah and inflicted huge human casualties. Five strongholds of the militants were also destroyed in the air offence. However due to far-flung areas and lack of communication sources, the casualties could not be confirmed of militants' factions.

As per local sources, Rajgal has a sharing border with Afghanistan district Nazyaan where LI head Mangal Bagh has established his base center and from the camp he functions anti-Pakistan FM radio station. It is also an easy way to cross to Afghanistan after executing mal-designs in the country and vice versa, locals said. According to a press release of ISPR, an operation has been launched along Pak-Afghan border to reinforce troops deployment in Rajgal valley to effectively check and guard against terrorists movement along high mountains and all weather passes in Khyber Agency.
