Deputy Head of Mission of the UK High Commission, Steve Crossman, visited PIA Training Centre at the airline's head office here. A spokesman of the national flag carrier said on Friday that he visited facilities of PIA Training Centre including the flight simulator section, where practical demonstrations were given to him. He was apprised of the airline's future business plans and was given a presentation on the trainings being imparted at the PIA Training Centres across the country.

Crossman appreciated the training services being imparted at the Centre and thanked PIA's senior management for their hospitality and informative discussions. Chief Executive Officer PIA, Bernd Hildenbrand; Director Flight Operations, Captain Qasim Hayat; Director-MRO, Training and EASA-145 and Corporate Planning PIA, Amir Ali; General Manager Technical Training, Roman Schroeder and Principal PIA Training Centre, Sohail Mehmood, were also present on the occasion.
