CoAS met Chinese Prime Minister, Vice Chairman Central Military Commission and CGS & Foreign Minister. Regional security & common challenges discussed. Leaders reaffirmed; Pak-China friendship evergreen, deep rooted, strategic. Will work closely to implement CPEC, promote peace, stability in region. Chinese Political & military leadership reassured, China will support Pakistan in ensuring Pakistan's sovereignty, integrity, national security and development. Both sides agreed on the imperative of peace & stability in South Asia.

Chinese leaders say; "Challenges to Pakistan are challenges to China". Chinese leaders appreciated Pakistan Army's accomplishment in indiscriminate fight v/s terrorism, eliminating hide outs, will support Pakistan in capacity building. Chinese leaders appreciate Pakistan Army's role in CPEC security. Faster development of CPEC will realise dream of prosperity across the region.-PR
