Total has been active in Pakistan since 1999. Initially with its affiliate Total Oil Pakistan Ltd, selling lubricants to Pakistani customers, and since 2002 also with Total Parco Pakistan Ltd and its network activity. For Total, the creation of this joint venture with Pak Arab Refinery Limited, Pakistan's biggest refinery, was a key stage in the development of its activities in Pakistan.
In the last 13 years, Total Parco's prime objective has been to set up a proficient network of state-of-the-art Retail Stations in strategic locations across the country. Total Parco, now with over 285 retail Stations, can be categorised as an MSC (Medium Sized Company) and has plans to add new stations in the coming years making the affiliate the fastest growing Pakistani oil company in the country.
Our stations are positioned in strategic locations across the country from the Khyber Pass to the Arabian Sea, so as to create convenience for our customers. Our allied facilities such as the Bonjour shops, Car washes, oil change areas and tyre shops are designed and built in order to create a one stop solution for all of our customers' needs.
Total Parco and Total Oil are also actively involved in marketing petroleum fuels and industrial lubricants to numerous industrial customers. The marketing activities for the same are spread across all sectors of industry. Having a broad product portfolio and diverse customer base has helped Total Parco and Total Oil to position themselves amongst local market leaders.
Our lubricants have been specially developed through Total research centers mainly based in Europe to cater the local demands in industrial, automotive, marine & agricultural sectors and logistically supported through our regional offices and warehouses located at various strategic locations across the country.
In this relatively short time, Total Parco & Total Oil have emerged as the fastest growing oil and lubricant brands in Pakistan, and have set standards that remain unprecedented and admired both locally and globally.The Total brand is essentially concerned in building the relation of care and trust with customers. When Total Parco Pakistan Ltd inaugurated its first depot in 2009, a new decisive stage in its development began. In the same year, Total Oil Pakistan Ltd also commissioned its first blending plant (biggest direct foreign investment ever made by a French company in Pakistan). With a production capacity of 15,000 tons, this facility substantially strengthened the supply chain. Capitalising on these assets, the two affiliates now embarked on a period of rapid and sustained growth.

It has pioneered several innovative concepts to suit the needs of all our customers such as becoming the first Oil Marketing Company to launch 90 RON unleaded petrol without any additional cost to the customer or by introducing the country's first chip based fuel card which provides the customer with a unique combination of convenience, control and security; everything that we do is guided by our deep and most abiding commitment to excellence. For its part, Total Oil Pakistan Ltd shows the same commitment to customer service. The company makes it a priority to offer technical training for its lubricants to its main distributors and customers.

TOTAL RUBIA' was selected as the 'Best Diesel Engine Oil' at theConsumer Association of Pakistan 8th Consumer Choice Award Ceremony on April 27, 2013. This is the 2nd year that Total Rubia received this award in the 'best diesel engine oil' category.
A recent study by TNS indicates that Total is perceived in Pakistan as a company offering high-performance products and services and having a sense of customer service that is superior to the competition.
Continuously raising HSEQ standards is a top most priority at TPPL. In light of it, TPPL achieved ISSSRS level 4 for the Machike Bulk Oil Depot in Spring 2011; the achievement is testament to TPPL's commitment in developing, ensuring and maintaining the Health and Safety culture. After the ISSSRS certification, TPPL achieved another milestone ISO 14001 certification. This ambitious project was kicked off in November 2011 and completed within 8 months. ISO 14001 standards is an excellent business tool to ensure that organisation has effective measures in place to prevent pollution and reduce environmental impact. It also positions TPPL as the preferred choice for companies that source products/ services from ISO 14001 certified suppliers only.
In only 13 years, the two Total affiliates, Total Oil Pakistan Ltd and Total Parco Pakistan Limited, have succeeded in becoming suppliers of reference in this country full of promises.
