Pakistan People's Party (PPP) has submitted a calling attention notice to the National Assembly Secretariat regarding continuous decline in exports resulting in higher trade deficit of $12 billion. PPP MNAs Dr Nafisa Shah, Syed Naveed Qamar, Shahida Rehmani, Imran Zafar Leghari and Mir Aijaz Hussain Jakhrani on Wednesday submitted a Calling Attention Notice to the National Assembly Secretariat.

According to text of the calling attention notice, "We the undersigned would like to invite the attention of the Finance Minister under Rule No 88 of Rules and Procedures of National Assembly towards the continuous decline in exports resulting in higher trade deficit of about $12 billion which is a source of huge concern among the public."
