An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Tuesday handed over an alleged target killer to Rangers on 90-day preventive detention. Arshad aka Asad Choto was arrested by the paramilitary troops from Korangi Town on January, 11 and was presented before ATC on Tuesday. Meanwhile ATC sent him into the custody of Rangers on preventive detention on the same day.

A Rangers spokesman said, "The detainee, during the course of interrogations confessed to have been associated with target killing team of a notorious militant wing" He also admitted to have been involved in various murder and extortion cases.
