On Monday, at Pakistan Mercantile Exchange (PMEX), value traded was PKR 3,818 million. The number of lots traded was 12.37 million. PMEX Commodity Index closed at 2,503. Major business was contributed by gold amounting to PKR 3,054 million followed by crude (PKR 718.42 million), silver (PKR 37.95 million) and cotton (PKR 7.76 million).
