Prices moved both ways on the wholesale grain market on Tuesday in the process of modest trading, dealer said. On the cereals side, Moong Punjab was down by Rs 250 to Rs 10500 and the Moong Afghan also lost the same amount to Rs 12000, other commodities maintained overnight levels, they said.

On the grams side, grams Australia No.1 gained Rs 200 to Rs 8600, grams Dall Australia No.2 dropped by Rs 100 to Rs 10100 and grams 50x50 rose by Rs 125 to Rs 9375, they added. On the rice front, Irri-6 Sindh low type was unchanged at Rs 2900 and the best quality was lower by Rs 25 to Rs 2950, they said.

Prices were unmoved on the seeds side, dealers said.
