Chairperson Tevta Irfan Qaiser Sheikh while addressing a meeting to review the courses being offered for females has said economic development of any country is not possible without the support of women. "In developed countries, women are fully contributing alongside men for the development of their country. Our female youth should get admission in Tevta institutes to become skillful because our national development cannot be attained without the availability and continuous supply of trained manpower," he added.

Chief Operating Officer Jawad Ahmed Qureshi, Akhtar Abbas Bharwana, Azhar Iqbal Shad, Mustafa Kamal Pasha, Sher Ali, Muhammad Maqsood, Farooq Cheema, Ayesha Qazi, Dr Syed Iftikhar Hussain, Sarfraz Anwar and other officers attended the meeting. Irfan said that Tevta with the collaboration of private sector will introduce value addition beautician short course. 1500 to 2000 professionals will be trained annually through this demand driven short course.

He further said, "Tevta is introducing value added beautician course for the female youth according to the needs of the market. This course will initially be offered in Lahore and after successful completion this course will be offered all over the Punjab. This value added course aimed to target the students who are already qualified in Beautician Course.
