At least 15 Pakistani citizens embraced martyrdom in Friday's crane crash incident in Haram Al-Sharif of Makkah, according to Al-Arabia TV. Earlier reports said at least 52 Pakistani nationals received injuries in the accident with no fatality. However, Al-Arabiya TV reported that as many as 15 Pakistanis are among the 107 martyred in the crane crash. Saudi authorities said that Islam's annual Hajj pilgrimage will go ahead despite a crane collapse that killed 107 people at Makkah's Grand Mosque, where crowds returned to pray a day after the tragedy.
