Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) appears to have won the battle of Gilgit-Baltistan Legislative Assembly, according to Aaj News. According to unofficial results received from 14 constituencies, PML-N bagged nine seats, PTI three while Majlis Wahdatul Muslimeen (MWM) and Pakistan People's Party won one seat each. Meanwhile, security forces stopped people from public celebrations due to the imposition of Section 144, which bars assembly of more than four persons.
