Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif on Wednesday appreciated the important role being played by Pakistan Air Force in operation Zarb-e-Azb and implementation of National Action Plan to counter terrorism and extremism. Talking to Chief of the Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Tahir Rafique Butt at the PM House here, the Prime Minister said the government would continue to provide funds for the capacity-building of PAF to help it effectively meet future challenges.

Professional matters related to Pakistan Air Force came under discussion, a PM Office statement said.
