Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has issue a one-month ultimatum to the federal government to resolve power crisis in Pakistan. Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) held a protest demonstration outside the K-Electric office in Karachi on Sunday. PPP Senator Raza Rabbani while addressing protestors issue a one-month ultimatum to the centre to end loadshedding in the country.

Rabbani said power crisis still persisted despite resolution of circular debt. He added that his party would not allow privatisation of state institutions.

He also criticised the government for imposing Article 245 in Islamabad. A protest was held at Hyderabad where people along with PPP workers staged a demolished at Dadu Press Club against power outages.

Angry people blocked the National Highway at Mirpur Mathelo a protest against prolonged loadsheddings. Parliamentarians of PPP Nauman Islam Shaikh and Nafeesa Shah led a protest. Regional Office of Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA).
