Unknown miscreants created panic with cracker blasts in different cities of Sindh here on Friday evening. At least four crackers/grenade blasts occurred in different areas of Hyderabad including Latifabad and Haider Chowk. No casualty was reported. SSP Hyderabad Irfan Bahadur told media that the SHOs of the areas where the blasts occurred were suspended.

He said an outfit had given a strike call for Saturday and the blasts were related to this strike call. Such incidents were also reported from Dadu, Larkana, Naushero Feroze and other towns. Police and law enforcers beefed up security across Sindh province.
