Sindh Chief Minister, Syed Qaim Ali Shah has claimed the blast that occurred at Karachi Cantt Station on Saturday 'was not accidental'. Expressing his views about Saturday's terrorising incident, the Chief Minister said the blast was a terror attack.

On the great number of children's deaths due to measles in Sindh, Qaim said it involves negligence of government officials. "I am in great sorrow over the deaths", he said.
