It is heartening to note that veteran journalist and newspaper owner Syed Faseih Iqbal (HI. SI) Editor-in-chief Urdu Daily "Zamana" Quetta and English Daily "Balochistan Times" Quetta has been awarded Honorary Degree of Doctorate by the Governor Balochistan and Chancellor of Balochistan University of I.T., Engineering and Management Sciences Quetta for his meritorious services in the field of Journalism, Politics and Social Service.

There is no denying the fact that he has played a highly important role for the cause of press freedom in the country. People like me wish him more successes in his illustrious journalistic career.
