District administration, Peshawar decided to include of three representatives of trading community in the price review committee of the district. The decision was taken in a meeting of the three-member delegation comprising provincial president, Markaz-e-Tanzim-e-Tajiran, Sharafat Ali Mubarak, general secretary, Shaukat Ali Khan and general secretary, Markazi Tanzim-e-Tajiran, Peshawar Cantonment Haji Waris Khan Afridi with District Co-ordination Officer (DCO) Mohammad Javed Marwat here on Friday.

Assistant Co-ordination Officer (ACO) Habibullah Arif was also present in the meeting. Speaking on the occasion, Sharafat Ali Mubarak and Shaukat Ali Khan paid tributes to district administration for taking better measures for maintenance during Muharram and especially lauded the efforts of DCO in this regard.

The leaders of the trading community also expressed gratitude to DCO for launching crackdown against profiteers and demanded further acceleration of the campaign. District Co-ordination Officer, Mohammad Javed Marwat thanked for the full support extended by the traders' organisation during Muharram-ul-Haraam and directed the inclusion of three representatives of their organisation in the price review committee. He asked Markaz-e-Tanzim-e-Tajiran for proposing three representatives on their behalf before December 3, 2012. Expressing gratitude over the decision, they extended full support in the crackdown against the profiteers.
