The Council of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) in its meeting held on October 2, 2012 elected its office-bearers for the term 2012-13. The Council unanimously elected Ahmad Saeed as President of the Institute, Yacoob Suttar as Vice President - South and Naeem Akthar Sheikh as Vice President - North. Ahmad Saeed is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan.

He is Senior Advisor of Mazars consulting (formerly Bearing Point) and Founder President of Information System Audit & Control Association (ISACA), Karachi Chapter. Naeem Akthar Sheikh is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He has served on various committees of the Institute as Chairman and a Member. He is currently Senior Partner of UHY Hassan Naeem & Co Chartered Accountants. Yacoob Suttar is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan. He has served on various committees of the Institute as Chairman and Member. He is currently the Executive Director, Finance & IT - Pakistan State Oil.-PR
