The new Ziquad moon is likely to be sighted today (Monday), according to astronomical parameters. Therefore, the first of Ziquad, 1433 AH is likely to fall tomorrow (Tuesday). The moon crossed the conjunction line yesterday (Sunday) at 0711 Pakistan Standard Time (PST).

The sunset today will be at 1835 PST, and the evening civil twilight (ECTL) will be at 1858 PST. The moon will set at 1918 PST.

Thus the age of the new moon will be 35 hours and 47 minutes at ECTL. It will set 43 minutes after sunset and 20 minutes after ECTL.

At ECTL the moon will be at an altitude of three degrees and 22 minutes. It will be at an azimuth of 257 degrees and 58 minutes.

At sunset the moon will be at an altitude of eight degrees and 12 minutes. It will be at an azimuth of 255 degrees and 34 minutes.

Therefore, according to astronomical parameters, there is a chance of sighting the new Ziqauad moon 1433 AH on Monday.
