Senior Provincial Minister Raja Riaz Ahmed has said that he has already met the Irrigation Minister of Sindh Government and clarified the actual position on establishing a Hydro Electric Power Station, at the Chashma Jhelum Link Canal. Talking to media, Raja Riaz said observations in Sindh Assembly were a result of misunderstanding and he is again ready to explain the facts.

He assured that there would be no cut of water or any other problem for Sindh Province. They are our brothers and there should be no ambiguity, he said. The minister said the new hydropower station would provide electricity and this project would be beneficial for all.
