The first round of Pakistan Football Federation (PFF)'s U-14 Youth Soccer Cup will be staged in seven cities from February 2 to 14. Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) has approved 17 venues in seven cities for 13-day event. The first round of the event will be held from February 2 to 8. The winner of each centre in the first round will appear in six-team second round from February 12 to 14.

Top four teams of second round will earn berth in the coming 12th National U-14 Football Championship. The players born on or after 1 January 1996 will be eligible in both the events. It may be noted that the PFF launched the event in July 2007 to analyse the movement and commitment of youth football coaches working under the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) AID-27 Financial Assistance Scheme.
