The National Kashmir Committee has decided to observe one minute silence throughout the country on February, 5 at 10am to honour the Kashmiri martyrs, said a press release issued here on Friday. The administrations of all the four provinces and Federal Capital as well as the general public have been asked to observe the silence accordingly on Kashmir Solidarity Day.
