Karachi Building Control Authority (KBCA) has taken strict notice of violation of court orders in respect of sealed "Moon Garden" project in Gulshan-e-Iqbal Town. KBCA has given details in public interest whereby the High Court had declared constructions in the project on Plot No 309 (NC-210), Deh Okewari, Tapo Songal, Taluka Sharqi, Block-10-A, Gulshan-e-Iqbal as violative and had banned the constructions as well as sealed the project.

The project was sealed by KBCA but the owner broke the seal and violated the court decision and order and criminally started construction work. The KBCA staff when reached the site to stop illegal activitiy, it was treated with threats against which the KBCA filed an FIR against the project owner Abdul Razaq and others at Sharae Faisal Police station. Clarifying that the Moon Garden was an illegal project, KBCA warned the people not to make any investment in it influenced by any publicity campaign or else they would themselves be responsible for any loss.
