But deplored that he has been on a campaign for the local bodies' election of his party; he said adding that Pakistan Muslim League-N and Pakistan People's Party have no other option but to trust each others. Responding to the criticism by Gul Muhammad Jhakarani of PPP on the top leadership of PML-N, Khawaj Saad said that both the political parties have to bury their past and move ahead for the system and democracy in the country.
Earlier, speaking on a point of order Jhakarani said that his party has lost trust on the leadership of PML-N. Jhakarani said people of Sindh are facing excrement water shortage that was making their land barren. This problem need urgent attention of the government, he added.
Sheikh Waqas Akram of Pakistan Muslim League-Q has reminded the government that it had promised to the employees during the budget that their pay would be increased in December 2009 in the light of the recommendation of Pay and Pension Commission (PPC) report. He said that it was being said that the PPC report which was to be finalised in December 2009 would now be completed in March 2010. Waqas said that the government should apprise the House as to why report was not finalised in December, 2009. The PML-Q leader also suggested that the members should not discuss the Supreme Court (SC) decision on the floor of the House.
