Khalid Khawaja of Defence Human Rights has approached Lahore High Court (LHC) for constitution of a medical board for medical examination of American nationals Ahmad Abdullah Mani, Waqar Hussain, Ramay S. Zaman, Iman Hassan Yamar, Omar Farooq and Khalid Farooq who were arrested by Sargodha police. The contended that the detainees were being tortured by the police and prayed for their medical examination. He also prayed to the court to allow him to meet them.
