Generally when regulations, rules or laws are made they are not implemented but when KESC threatens, you can be sure that it will carry it out and resort to loadshedding in the coming months. However, may I request KESC to be a little considerate and inform their customers daily via the media the time and duration of power cuts to different parts of the city so that one may schedule its routine accordingly.
