SAARC region is one of the largest region in the world with tremendous geographic location and resources and a lot of potential for economic prosperity. With the help of the regional economy and blocks which helps in trading plays a important role in the promotion of trade and commerce within the region.

SAARC CCI always shouldered his responsibility in past and will do also in future by removing the barriers within the region and promote the trade between the SAARC countries.

I wish to give tribute to Mr Tariq Sayeed, President SAARC CCI who have taken daring initiatives, contributed and sacrificed immensely for the development of the SAARC CCI. I also welcome upcoming President of SAARC CCI Mr Annisul Huq and wish him to make SAARC CCI a most-sought institution in the SAARC region and bringing the business community of region together under one umbrella.
