Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani has changed the portfolio of Minister of State for Law and Justice Afzal Sindu as Minister of State for Railways, and Mehreen Anwar Raja was appointed Minister of State for Law and Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, says a press release issued here on Wednesday.
