The Prime Minister, Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani will address the nation via radio and television today. The Prime Minister in his maiden address since assuming the office will apprise the nation of his government's performance. He is expected to announce some relief measures for the poor, besides, speaking on various challenges the country was facing.

Gilani will also brief the nation about the government's future plans and strategy to tackle the issues of national and international interest.
