Captain Syed Khizar Naqvi has joined Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) as Assistant Director General Regulatory. Naqvi has forty years of Aviation Industry experience. He started his career in Reservation, Sales and Marketing in UK. He got his commercial pilot license in 1972 and joined PIA in 1976.

Naqvi served PIA for 26 years as a captain on a variety of Aircrafts and acquired management and extensive instructional experience. He has also worked with all major international regulatory bodies as IFALPA Director. Before joining the CAA he served Singapore Airlines as B-777 Captain for five and half years.-PR
