The Indian police on Tuesday released sketches of two persons suspected to be behind the Lahore-bound Samjhota Express train blasts that left 68 people dead. Police said it was the handy work of 4-5 people.

The suspects boarded the train from Old Delhi railway station on Sunday night and had alighted from it about 15 minutes before the explosions when the train had slowed down near the Deewana station, Inspector General Rohtak Range Sharad Kumar told reporters here.

He said the sketches have been prepared on the basis of descriptions provided by passengers. Police announced a cash reward of Rs 100,000 for a person who provides information about the suspects.

According to the Ministry of Home Affairs and Passport Office there were 724 people who left for Pakistan. 619 passengers boarded the train from the Old Delhi railway station and 105 boarded the train from Amritsar.
