The Saudi-Pak Industrial and Agricultural Investment Company opened its office in Lahore. According to an official of the Company here on Tuesday, Dr Abdullah T. AI-Thenayan, chairman, Saudi-Pak Industrial and Agricultural Investment Company, formally inaugurated the new office.

Sulaiman A. Al-Orf, director; Muhammad Rashid Zahir, general manager/chief executive; and Arshed Ahmed Khan, head, Lahore region; were also present on the occasion along with other senior executives and officials of the Company.

The Saudi-Pak Investment Company's new Lahore office was fully geared up to provide complete range of its products and services to the businesses in this region. The Company already has a similar office in Karachi with its head office in Islamabad.

The Saudi-Pak Investment Company was a joint venture between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Government of Pakistan, operating in Pakistan since 1981 to strengthen economic co-operation between the brotherly peoples of the two countries.

The Company is engaged in the promotion of industrial/business activities in the private and public sectors primarily through project financing, working capital loans, equity investments, leasing, underwriting, and formation of syndicates/consortiums.
