The Lahore High Court (LHC) has confirmed bail of a returning officer of Bhakkar, Professor Laiq Ahmed who approached the court for bail in a criminal case registered against him for tempering election record.

The applicant contended that he was not involved in the tempering of the record. The court confirmed his pre-arrest bail.
