An accountability court has put off till November 19 the proceedings in a reference against former Punjab Chief Minister Mian Manzoor Ahmed Wattoo, as defence counsel did not appear before the court. Mian Manzoor Wattoo is facing charges of misusing his office as the Chief Minister by providing huge money to his favourites from Bait-ul-Mal and as such causing loss to public exchequer in millions of rupees.
