Official sources told Business Recorder here on Tuesday here that the completion of this mega project would not only improve the flow of traffic, but also ensure the speedy handling of exportable consignments from Sialkot dryport.
Besides, it would also play an instrumental role in bringing big boom in exports because of the Sialkot Export Processing Zone (SEPZ) and the Sialkot International Airport are located on this track, they added. Meanwhile, the local business community especially the exporters have urged the government that development work on the dualway should be further accelerated for timely completion of this mega project.
