Hyderabad nazim Kanwar Naveed ordered an inquiry into the death of an 18-month-old child, who had fallen into an open manhole on Eid in Qasimabad phase-II.

He appointed Wasa managing-director as inquiry officer to probe into the incident and submit report within 24 hours. He also directed Hyderabad Development Authority (HAD) to cover all manhole within a shortest possible rime to avoid such tragic incident in future.
