A senior member of the Lahore High Court Bar Association (LHCBA) has sent a letter to Chief Justice of Pakistan with prayer to take notice of violations of ban imposed by the apex court on kite flying.

M.D Tahir in his letter contended that despite orders of the court, violators were busy in kite flying, which was claiming lives of the innocent people. He prayed to the court to direct the respondent officials to get implemented the court orders and take strict action against the violators.

He also prayed to the court to take action against the SHO of the police station in whose jurisdiction a child was killed due to kite flying.
